Our Story
Bloom Salon was established by Melissa Napolilli on founding principles of creating a salon that helps women grow to their full potential. Melissa, along with all the Bloom stylists, feel their purpose in life is helping women feel their most beautiful inside and out. Bloom Salon provides hair extensions services using the most up-to-date techniques to help keep the integrity of their clients natural hair.

By continuously investing in our education, using Davines hair products and practicing the most innovative extension application techniques, we vow to provide you the best experience possible. As well as give your hair the nourishment it needs to naturally grow.

Meet the Team
Melissa
Owner & Stylist
By the age of 20 Melissa Napolilli knew she had a knack for style. Working her way up the ranks of local hair studios and building a cult following for clientele seemed to come easy to her. When ambition and demand crossed paths, "Mel" answered by furthering her education for high end hair extensions and opening a salon in her own home. This was a blessing in disguise having a newborn child and juggling her professional career successfully. What sets Melissa apart from the competition is the constant need for furthering education and studying upcoming trends. Her passion for making woman feel confident is what drives her day to day operations. It's always quoted, "if you love what you do, it's not a job!" Melissa is living proof.
Riley
Stylist
Riley was born and raised in small town Iowa. At the age of 16 she fell in love with the idea of doing hair. Riley is passionate about this industry because it is so unique and ever changing. In December 2021 she graduated from PCI Academy, the #1 school in Iowa, and quickly started her journey to become an IBE Certified Stylist. ​
Drea
Stylist
Drea is a hairstylist and extension specialist with a passion for helping people look and feel their most confident. While she loves all things hair, extensions are where she truly shines — transforming looks with added length, volume, and movement.
​
She also has a soft spot for color, from subtle, lived-in tones to bold, statement shades, and loves creating styles that match each client’s vibe and lifestyle.

Before stepping into the beauty industry, Drea earned a biology degree from the University of Texas (yes, she knows the science behind healthy, shiny hair!). Outside the salon, she enjoys exploring farmers markets, flowing through yoga classes, and gaming with her cat and dog close by.

Whether someone is brand-new to extensions or already obsessed, Drea loves creating looks that feel effortlessly you. Sitting in her chair means gorgeous hair and even better vibes.
Jaylie
Assistant Stylist
Jaylie is a proud graduate of Avenue Five Institute and is currently training in Invisible Bead Extensions® (IBE) as she continues to grow her career in the beauty industry. She is passionate about helping clients enhance their appearance while boosting their confidence, turning each appointment into a true self-care experience. With a blend of artistry and creativity, Jaylie brings a thoughtful touch to every service she provides.

Outside the salon, Jaylie loves visiting her hometown of Fort Worth, Texas, to spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys painting, DIY projects, and personal development, always seeking new ways to inspire and support those around her. Her genuine care, creativity, and dedication make her a stylist that clients truly value and connect with.
