01Consultation Deposit

Consultations are free, but we require a $25 deposit to book one. Your deposit will be credited to your account.

If you don't show for your consultation, or don't move forward with a future appointment, we keep the deposit.

02Service Adjustments

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we're happy to review and correct the issue at no additional charge.

03Retail Return Policy

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 14 days from your initial purchase.

04Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services or retail purchases. Instead, we're happy to adjust a service at no cost, or exchange retail for something better suited to you, within the time frames above.

05Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to us, and we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or no-shows, are subject to a 100% last-minute cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

06Running Late

Every appointment includes a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your appointment to a smaller service so we can stay on schedule for every guest, and a late fee may apply.

For example: a full balayage ($300) adjusted to a partial balayage ($250) with a $50 late fee. If you're running behind, call or text us, we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
